Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level Outpatient RN CAP 1 to join our Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for a designated patient group, including teaching, leadership, and collaboration with the care team.

The role includes supervision under a Team Leader, participation in CAP requirements, and potential travel to training sites. Comprehensive benefits and 11 weeks of structured training with a Preceptor & Nurse Educator are

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR/BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing care and coordinates care under supervision.
• Collects and analyzes patient data during dialysis and updates records.
• Educates patients and families about care plans.
• Administers medications per protocol and documents outcomes.
• Supports team with staff training and orientation of new staff.
• Ensures proper lab collection and processing.
