Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Framingham, MA is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 program. This role provides an onboarding pathway with 11 weeks of paid, structured training under a Preceptor & Nurse Educator.

You will coordinate clinically competent care, participate in education, and support the End Stage Kidney Disease health care team in a facility setting.

Qualifications

• Entry level RN with less than 2 years in nephrology nursing.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience is preferred.
• Current state licensure and CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients.
• Document data and adjust treatment plans as indicated.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
