Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Outpatient RN CAP 1 to join the ESKD care team in the U.S. You will complete a 12-week paid, structured training with a Preceptor and Nurse Educator to develop dialysis care skills.

As a CAP 1 RN, you coordinate patient care, collaborate with the team, educate patients, monitor treatment and assist with medications under supervision, with opportunities to advance in the Clinical Advancement Program.

Qualifications

• Entry-level RN with less than 2 years in nephrology nursing.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collection and analysis of patient data during hemodialysis.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and dialysis care.
• Deliver safe and effective hemodialysis under supervision and coordinate with care team.
