Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse to join the Outpatient CAP 1 program. This role focuses on providing and coordinating clinically competent care for an assigned group of dialysis patients, under supervision and within the ESKD care team.

You will perform assessments, document findings, educate patients and families, administer medications, and participate in patient safety initiatives and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• CPR BLS certification.
• Must meet state practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients.
• Assess, document, and adjust care plans based on patient data.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care plans.
• Administer medications per protocol and monitor effectiveness.
• Participate in emergencies and contribute to quality improvement.
