Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP1 program to coordinate and deliver dialysis care, including assessment, planning, and evaluation for assigned patients.

Under supervision, you will document patient data, assist with treatment plans, educate patients and families, and support a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care in a dialysis setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which he or she is employed.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients during dialysis.
• Assess, plan, and document patient data and adjust treatment plan accordingly.
• Administer medications per protocol and document actions.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and care plans.
• Supervise and collaborate with PCTs/LPNs/RNs as Team Leader or Nurse in Charge.
