Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Perform patient data collection during hemodialysis and document in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about care and treatment options.
• Supervise and collaborate with Patient Care Technicians/LPNs/LVNs/RNs as needed.
• Assist with emergency response measures.
