Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and RN licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and valid state license.
• Entry-level RN with opportunity to advance through CAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group during hemodialysis.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care; document in patient records and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with interprofessional team for quality care.
