Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 track. The role includes assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for a patient group, with collaboration across RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and patient care technicians to ensure high-quality dialysis care.

Responsibilities include data collection during dialysis, patient education, medication administration, and safe delivery of hemodialysis therapy, with opportunities for growth through CAP requirements

Qualificações

• Entry level RN with less than 2 years nephrology nursing experience.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.
• Current state nursing licensure required.
• CPR BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and document patient data during hemodialysis and adjust care plan.
• Educate patients and families on care and treatment options.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Direct and coordinate safe and effective delivery of hemodialysis therapy.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team to update care plans.
