Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 track within the Clinical Advancement Program. The role covers assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned patient group in the dialysis setting, with supervision by a Nurse Leader and collaboration with RNs, LVNs, and patient care techs.

This position emphasizes teaching, leadership, quality improvement, and safe delivery of hemodialysis, with opportunities to advance CAP

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state RN licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification required or in progress.
• Entry-level RN with nephrology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data collection and documentation during dialysis sessions.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatment options.
• Deliver safe hemodialysis under supervision and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate with Interdisciplinary team and escalate concerns promptly.
