Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse for its Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) in Dearborn. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care, assess patients, plan interventions, and document outcomes under supervision. Training will be provided and prior dialysis experience is not required.

You will work with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians, participating in education, leadership, and quality improvement activities within the ESKD care team.

Qualifications

• RN with nursing degree and state license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Entry-level RN with capstone or CAP1 pathway.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for assigned patients.
• Coordinate care and delegate tasks to RNs, LVN/LPNs, and techs.
• Document nursing assessments and updates in medical records.
• Participate in education, leadership and quality improvement activities.
