Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group.
• Document patient data and care planning in the medical record.
• Administer medications per order and approved algorithms.
• Assist with dialysis treatment and ensure safe, effective delivery of care.
