Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate safe hemodialysis care for assigned patients.
• Perform data collection and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about care and treatment options.
• Delegate tasks to RNs, LVNs/LPNs and aides under supervision.
