Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care, assess and document patient data during hemodialysis, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe therapy delivery.

The role includes education for patients and families, emergency response support, and participating in ongoing CAP requirements to advance. An accredited nursing degree and valid state license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which employed.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients during hemodialysis.
• Perform ongoing data collection and documentation in patient records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans.
• Assist with daily hemodialysis therapy delivery in collaboration with the care team.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in staff training.
