Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Utah is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). You will provide and coordinate nursing care, assess patients undergoing hemodialysis, and participate in education and quality activities within the End Stage Kidney Disease care team.

The role requires RN licensure, BSN, CPR/BLS, and a commitment to ongoing CAP requirements and patient education.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current state nursing licensure.
Current CPR/BLS certification or equivalent.
Must meet state practice requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
Document and modify treatment plans based on ongoing patient data and physician guidance.
Educate patients and families about learning needs and care plans.
Deliver safe hemodialysis therapy in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer medications per prescriptions or approved protocols and document justification.
Respond to emergencies and participate in quality improvement activities.
Oversee or assist care staff to ensure compliant, high-quality care.
