Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Onsite Outpatient Registered Nurse CAP 1 at the FMCNA Main St clinic. This entry-level RN role delivers assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients undergoing hemodialysis, under supervision.

You will collaborate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and technicians, document in patient records, and participate in teaching, safety, and quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes and clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for dialysis patients.
• Document patient data and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and technicians in daily dialysis care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and safety.
