Fresenius Medical Care AG seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse for its Outpatient CAP1 program. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients within the ESKD team, coordinating with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.

Responsibilities include data collection around hemodialysis, patient education, medication administration, and emergency response, under supervision. CAP requirements must be completed to advance.

Formación

• Entry level RN with less than 2 years in nephrology nursing.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.
• Must meet state practice requirements and hold valid licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Perform essential nursing functions under supervision and with guidance from educator or preceptor.
• Collect and analyze patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis and document in medical records.
• Educate patients and families about their care plans and treatment options.
• Deliver safe, effective hemodialysis while coordinating with the care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and document justification and outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in staff training and orientation.
