Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse in the Outpatient CAP1 program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for a group of patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation during hemodialysis.

You will collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians to ensure safe, high-quality care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• CPR BLS certification obtained or current.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential nursing functions under supervision and guidance.
• Collect and analyze patient data during dialysis and document in medical record.
• Educate patients and families on care and treatment options.
• Deliver safe and effective hemodialysis therapy with team collaboration.
• Administer medications per prescribed protocols and document outcomes.
• Participate in staff training and quality improvement activities.

Skills

RN entry level (nephrology)

Hemodialysis experience (preferred)

Education
