Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 program. You will provide and coordinate dialysis care, assess patients, plan interventions, and document care within the clinical team.

The role supports education, collaboration with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and technicians, and progress through the Clinical Advancement Program to advance CAP requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides and coordinates care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.
• Delegates appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff as needed.
• Administers medications as prescribed or per approved algorithms and documents effectiveness.
• Participates in education of patients and families and supports transplant/treatment modality discussions.
