Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure.
• CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet state practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties under supervision with guidance from supervisor, educator, or RN colleagues.
• Collect and analyze patient data during dialysis and document in medical records; adjust plan as needed.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Administer medications as prescribed or per approved algorithms; ensure effectiveness.
• Direct and support safe delivery of hemodialysis therapy with the care team.
• Assist with emergencies and participate in staff training and orientation.
