Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 program. You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for an assigned patient group, with potential delegation to PCTs and LPNs, within the ESKD health care team.

You will work under supervision, document data, provide education, administer medications, and participate in quality improvement activities. Candidates should have nursing degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS, and minimal RN experience with

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which he or she is employed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients, including assessment and planning.
• Document data collection and update nursing plans; adjust treatment per needs.
• Educate patient and family on care and treatment options.
• Administer medications per protocol and document outcomes.
• Mentor and orient new staff as assigned.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team; participate in quality improvement.
