Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Professional Registered Nurse (RN CAP 1) to join the Outpatient program. You will collect and analyze patient data during hemodialysis, adjust care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure safe delivery of therapy under supervision.

You will participate in decision-making and quality improvement activities and may supervise or orient new staff as assigned. State licensure and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current appropriate state licensure.
  • Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.

Responsabilités

  • Performs systematic collection and analysis of patient data during dialysis and documents in the medical record.
  • Adjusts treatment plan as indicated and notifies supervisors as needed.
  • Provides patient/family education and supports learning needs.
  • Delivers safe hemodialysis therapy and coordinates with care staff.
  • Administers medications as prescribed or per approved algorithms and documents justification.
