Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse to join the Outpatient CAP program. You will coordinate and provide clinically competent care during hemodialysis, assess patients, plan and evaluate treatment, and educate patients and families alongside the health care team.

The role requires an RN license, CPR/BLS, and state practice compliance; supervision and collaboration with RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and technicians are involved in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state employed.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing care and coordinates activities for an assigned patient group.
• Collects and analyzes patient data during hemodialysis and adjusts the plan of care.
• Educates patients and families about care plans and treatment options.
• Directs daily delivery of safe hemodialysis therapy with care team collaboration.
