Job summary

The role expects compliance with policy, ongoing patient data collection, education, and collaboration with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and technicians. Travel to training sites or other facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Entry level for RNs with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing assessments, plans, and coordination of care for dialysis patients.
• Administers medications and monitors patient response per policies.
• Ensures patient education, safety, and adherence to treatment protocols.
