Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 role within the Clinical Advancement Program. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.
• Entry level RN with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data pre-, during-, and post hemodialysis and document in the patient record.
• Adjust treatment plan as indicated and notify supervisor or physician as needed.
• Provide patient and family education on care and treatment options.
• Deliver safe and effective hemodialysis therapy with collaboration from the care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and document effectiveness.

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Current appropriate state licensure.
