Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for dialysis patients.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff (RNs, LVN/LPNs, PCTs).
• Administer medications as prescribed and document justification and effectiveness.
• Monitor patient data during hemodialysis and adjust treatment plan as needed.
