• Entry level RN with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience.
• Hemodialysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Document data and adjust treatment plan; notify team as needed.
• Administer medications per protocol and document effectiveness.
• Lead and participate in staff training and supervision as assigned.
• Ensure proper lab collection, processing and shipping procedures.
