Qualifications

• Associate's Science in Medical Assisting or 3–5 years hospital/medical office operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule outpatient tests/procedures based on physician orders and patient care protocols.
• Login and review faxed data and patient information for accurate scheduling.
• Maintain data integrity in scheduling systems and coordinate with hospital departments.
• Provide timely information to management on scheduling processes and staffing needs.
