• Experience leading daily operations in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to coordinate teams.
• Ability to supervise Medical Assistants and Patient Service Coordinators and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily patient scheduling and room assignments.
• Resolves informal employee complaints and escalates when needed.
• Trains staff on tasks and provides reference materials and supplies.
• Maintains a safe, compliant environment and supports regulatory requirements.
• Provides leadership and conducts performance evaluations for subordinate staff.
• Supervises and assists front-line operations as needed.
