Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent.
• 2+ years in office management or medical records within healthcare administration.
• Working knowledge of QAPI, medical documentation standards, and compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and administrative workflows for efficiency.
• Lead QAPI reporting and participate in monthly/quarterly meetings.
• Monitor medical records quality, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
• Support utilization review activities including authorizations and appeals.
• Maintain intake logs and master indexes; coordinate records retrieval and supply control.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions to support appropriate patient flow.
