Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administers department objectives and priorities daily.
• Manages department operations, including budgeting and performance monitoring.
• Oversees staffing, hiring, discipline and performance reviews.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and safety policies.
• Coordinates with physicians and BRGP management to optimize patient care and operations.
