Job summary

Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a Program Manager for Outpatient Facility to lead day-to-day clinical operations and ensure care aligns with outpatient guidelines at the Baton Rouge site.

Responsibilities include supervising licensed staff and contracted clinicians, managing a program plan, and building relationships with community and regulatory partners while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Master's-level licensed clinician or RN with 5+ years treating mental health disorders.
• Demonstrated QA/PI, documentation, and regulatory compliance capability.
• Strong supervision, coordination, risk-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LPNs, MHTs, and contracted clinicians/vendors (lab, x-ray, pharmacy).
• Develop and maintain an efficient program plan and QA processes.
• Cultivate relationships with community, state, and federal partners.
