Job summary

LCMC Health is seeking an experienced RN Manager Outpatient to lead day-to-day operations of the clinic. You will provide direction for patient care in collaboration with physicians, nursing and ancillary services, and develop protocols with the Director of Clinical Operations.

The role requires 5 years of professional nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities, Louisiana RN license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
Current Louisiana RN license and BLS/First Aid certification.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with data-entry ability.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, email; IT basics and office equipment.
Experience documenting in Centricity and collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic.
Provide direction for total patient care in collaboration with physicians and staff.
Develop and implement clinic protocols with the Director of Clinical Operations.
Monitor protocol effectiveness via quality improvement processes and cross-department liaison.
