Qualifications

• 5 years of professional nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Louisiana.
• Current BLS (HeartSaver) and First Aid certification per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic.
• Provide direction for total patient care in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff.
• Develop and implement protocols with the Director of Clinical Operations.
• Monitor effectiveness of protocols through quality improvement activities.
• Serve as resource and liaison across departments within the LCMC system.
