Job summary

Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a full-time LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or PLPC to lead outpatient therapy for adults and geriatric patients. You will conduct psych-social assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, facilitate group therapy, and provide individual psychotherapy in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

This onsite role emphasizes patient safety, quality of care, discharge planning, and effective case management, with a caseload of 10-20 clients.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as LCSW, LMSW, LPC or PLPC in Louisiana.
• Experience in outpatient therapy, including group therapy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic charting.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 10–20 patients with strong organizational skills.
• Thorough documentation and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
