Job summary

The position supports multiple departments in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Qualified candidates have an AA (Bachelor's preferred) and at least three years in healthcare, preferably outpatient services.

Qualifications

• AA required for candidates.
• Bachelor's degree preferred to enhance qualifications.
• Minimum of three years experience in a healthcare setting, outpatient clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check them in/out and direct to departments or waiting areas.
• Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces and waiting areas.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and forms, coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
• Assist in communicating appointment reminders, test results and other information to patients.
• Adhere to HIPAA and clinic policies in all administrative activities.
