Job summary

Emergence Health Network seeks an OBI Supervisor to oversee the Outpatient Biopsychosocial Intervention infrastructure, ensuring HHSC contract compliance and performance measures. The role supervises staff, coordinates services, and promotes trauma-informed care for IDD and co-occurring conditions.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Health or related field with Texas licensure (LPC-A or LMSW) and at least two years’ IDD experience; plus ability to credential as a QIDP within EHN timelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health or Human Services or related field with Texas licensure.
• At least two years of experience with individuals with IDD and mental health/behavior support needs.
• Experience with trauma-informed services and therapies (DBT, motivational therapies).

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff; manages performance appraisals.
• Coordinates work, schedules, and caseloads to meet performance measures.
• Leads planning, training, and communication between team and upper management.
• Develops internal processes for staff development and continuous improvement.
• Establishes relationships with community groups and funders to advance goals.
