A community health organization in Midland, Texas is searching for an IDD Outpatient Biopsychosocial Intervention (OBI) Lead to supervise staff and ensure program quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience interacting with individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental illness. This role requires administrative oversight of program operations, ensuring adherence to agency standards and participant needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• 2+ years of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Must obtain QIDP and QMHP certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Direct and train staff for OBI and CCCM.
• Oversee compliance and quality assurance of the OBI program.
• Provide administrative support to the OBI program.
