Pasadena Villa Outpatient in Blue Ash, OH is seeking an Executive Director to lead our Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP) within the Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare network.

The role requires a Master’s Degree and a current LISW/IMFT/LPCC license in Ohio, with 5 years of behavioral health leadership experience. You will drive clinical excellence, staff development, and program expansion in a collaborative, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required; minimum 5 years of related behavioral health experience.
• LISW, IMFT, or LPCC license to practice in Ohio is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees the outpatient practice providing IOP and PHP.
• Leads day-to-day operations to meet goals and ensure clinical excellence.
• Ensures compliance with licensure, accreditation, state and federal laws.
• Manages resources to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Promotes staff development, training, and performance feedback.
• Collaborates with network leaders and governing bodies for program growth.
• Oversees admissions processes and patient rights compliance.
• Drives quality improvement initiatives and KPI monitoring.
• Maintains strong customer service culture across the program.
