Job summary

Westchester Medical Center in Poughkeepsie is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the daily clinical operations of the outpatient program and ensure alignment with OASAS 822 guidelines and high-quality patient care.

You will supervise counseling staff, coordinate with the Medical Director and providers, and manage office operations, while reporting on quality, utilization, and program performance to the Director of Outpatient Addictions Programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical experience in counseling, group work, and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the outpatient program.
• Provide clinical supervision of counseling staff and organize clinical case conferences.
• Ensure compliance with OASAS 822 outpatient guidelines and program policies.
• Maintain program census with patient assessment, admission, and discharge data.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and program medical providers.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal guidelines.
• Report quality and utilization data to the Director of Outpatient Addictions Programs.
• Serve as a brand ambassador upholding WMCHealth values in patient encounters.
