Job summary

Montefiore Hudson Valley Collaborative in Bronx, NY, seeks a Clinical Manager for the Division of Services for Addiction to coordinate daily operations of a large Opioid Treatment Program. Under the Site Director, you will oversee admissions, staffing, documentation, and policy implementation to ensure compliant, high-quality care.

The role requires a master’s degree, QHP, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required (Social Work, Mental Health or related field).
• Qualified Health Professional (QHP) required.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience.
• CASAC is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Experience training and supervising staff.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and group facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily management of the Opioid Treatment Program with census up to 1,000 patients.
• Review and address clinic staff documentation due or overdue.
• Assist in coordination and review of admissions, intake paperwork, client assignments, and related documentation.
• Develop, implement, and enforce clinical policies, protocols, and programs for OTP staff.
• Assist with weekly billing review to ensure documentation and treatment plans are in effect.
• In conjunction with the Site Director, hire, supervise, evaluate, and train counseling staff.
• Assist with annual reviews.
• Assist in monitoring STARS reports, HERDS reporting, and Lighthouse census management.
• Assist in management of fiscal operations, including supervising accounting clerks, collecting payments, and cashing out.
• Assist in reviewing incidents, loitering, and patient non-compliance to address clinical issues.
• Meet with patients in IDCs and refer to Next Steps or discharge as appropriate.
• Assist in time cards/UKG management.
• Develop systems to collect and report data to OASAS.
• Participate in clinic case conferences, counselor training, CQI Committee, and leadership meetings.
