Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related field and 3+ years of substance use disorder treatment experience.
• Qualified Health Professional (QHP) with license (LMSW/LCSW or LMHC or Clinical Psychologist) per state.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication; ability to lead a team in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the program ensuring clinical and administrative standards.
• Supervise and train staff to provide high-quality services compliant with regulatory standards.
• Oversee intake coordination and ensure accurate documentation and patient engagement in treatment.
