Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Seattle is seeking a Restaurant Director of Outlets to oversee all aspects of F&B outlet operations, ensuring profitability, high quality service, and guest satisfaction.

You will lead outlet staff, coordinate with other F&B managers, manage labor and budgets, enforce SOPs, and drive promotions while maintaining compliance with liquor laws and health regulations. This role requires strong communication and team leadership, with focus on training and guest experience.
