Job summary

The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA is seeking a Director of Outlets to oversee our restaurants, bars, lounges and other food and beverage outlets. You will lead diverse teams and drive guest-focused service across the outlets.

You will steer revenue growth, implement innovative concepts, and ensure smooth operations with a strong financial mindset and exceptional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data into an operational plan.
• Ability to lead and direct a team.
• Time management skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members.
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates.
