Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operation aspects of the F&B outlets.

• Monitor loss prevention, budgeting, and scheduling requirements.
• Assist in menu planning and compliance with liquor laws and sanitation.
• Ensure SOP adherence and conduct staff performance reviews.
• Provide training on SOPs, service standards, and safety procedures.
• Attend departmental and hotel trainings and participate in hiring processes.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and overall outlet profitability.
