Job summary

Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center is seeking an Outlets Assistant Manager to support daily operations across all food and beverage outlets in Miami, FL. You will lead front-of-house teams, ensure service standards, and contribute to financial performance.

Qualifications

• Two years of food and beverage supervisory experience (full-service hotel and multi-outlet preferred).
• Food Manager Certification required.
• Strong leadership, coaching, conflict resolution and employee development skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and hospitality standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, POS systems, and hotel operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily outlet operations and ensure guest service excellence and efficiency.
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop front-of-house staff with ongoing feedback.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage shift operations and cover for Outlets Manager or Director as needed.
• Ensure appropriate staffing to meet guest, operational and financial goals.
• Respond to guest concerns and promote service recovery while maintaining a positive experience.
• Attend departmental meetings and communicate priorities and standards.
