Windsor Hospitality is seeking an Outlet Waitstaff for the Embassy Suites in Arcadia, CA. This part-time role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

You will work at a team-oriented property, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits. Flexibility to cover various shifts, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform repetitive motions and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to pitch in and help co-workers across tasks.
• Ability to communicate with diverse guests and provide attentive service.
• Basic math skills to total bills and process payments.

Responsibilities

• Present the menu to guests, answer questions, and make knowledgeable suggestions regarding food and service.
• Write or memorize guest orders accurately.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and service bar; serve courses and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Observe guests to fulfill additional requests and identify when the meal has been completed.
• Total the bill and accept payment or direct guests to the cashier.
• Assist with food service tasks including ladling soup, tossing salads, portioning pies and desserts, and brewing coffee.
• Clear and reset tables at the conclusion of each course and maintain a clean work area.
