• Process advance registrations and payments as needed.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain an organized front desk and stock necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow hotel policies and safety procedures; uniform and badge accordingly.
