Job summary

Goodwill of the Great Plains seeks an Outlet Team Leader to help oversee outlet operations in the absence of management, assisting with opening and closing, and completing paperwork. You will correct register errors and report employee issues to supervisory staff.

The role requires lifting and strenuous activity at times and involves leading outlet staff, delivering customer service, and ensuring store procedures are followed during Wednesday–Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
• At least two years of prior retail sales experience, with opening/closing responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close procedures when opening/closing the outlet; ensure the outlet is open during posted hours.
• May act as shift supervisor in the absence of outlet management.
• Oversee outlet operations in absence of manager and report issues to supervisors.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Be the first point of contact for customer complaints in absence of management.
• May correct EBT errors and train outlet team members.

Education

High school/GED (preferred)

2+ years retail experience (opening/closing)
