You will supervise service staff, coordinate events and staffing with the outlet manager, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and hospitality in a boutique hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and move carts up to 150 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in planning and managing Restaurant, Room Service and other F&B outlets to meet customer satisfaction and financial goals.
• Supervise servers and bussers, monitor service standards, and coordinate with staff on events and house counts.
• Ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and adherence to liquor regulations; communicate daily with restaurant leadership.
