Kimpton Sylvan Hotel in Atlanta is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and room service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will supervise staff, hire and train, and ensure top-tier hospitality and service standards.

The role requires more than two years of post-high school education and prior hotel or restaurant experience. You will manage budgets, maintain safety and quality, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• More than two years of post-high school education.
• Two years of full employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods.
• Direct the day-to-day operations of the bar operations.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, evaluate performance, and discipline staff as needed.
• Forecast, monitor, and report on budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, LSOPs/SOPs, and hospitality standards.
